The Daniel Gwirtzman Dance Company, in partnership with the YM & YWHA of Washington Heights & Inwood, is holding DANCE AT THE GYM, the FREE series of interactive programs for all ages combining lectures, performance, and workshops by the Daniel Gwirtzman Company. 

"Daniel Gwirtzman Dance Company presents an interactive lecture performance as part of an ongoing series presenting new choreography to the public.  Gwirtzman and the Company will narrate these intimate showings, sharing insights about the process of making and maintaining dances.
